- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after the order is processed, not after checkout.

- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, holidays, carrier disruptions, or external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Shipping method
- Weight and size of the order
Occasional free shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly advertised on our Website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped:
- You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

If an order is returned to us due to address issues:

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
a. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Luxe Athletics is not liable for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Deliveries made to the wrong location by the carrier
Please file a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist where possible.
b. Damaged Packages
If items arrive damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@luxe-athletics.com with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will review and offer a replacement or solution based on the situation.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it if it has already been processed or shipped.
If you need to change or cancel your order:

- Changes are not guaranteed and depend on order status.
9. Pre-Orders (If Applicable)
For pre-order items:
- Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page.
- Orders containing pre-order items will ship together once all items are available unless stated otherwise.
