You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

c. Defective or Damaged Products

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration (AAA).
Arbitration will take place in Indiana, in English.
You waive participation in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

12. Miscellaneous
